ROAD MAKING.
 
To be Let, by Proposal,
On Wednesday, the ninth day of February next, at two o'clock in the afternoon, at the Commercial Inn, in Kendal, in the county of Westmorland, by the Trustees of the Millthorp Turnpike Road,
 
THE Levelling, Forming, Stoning, and Completing, of about 180 Roods of NEW ROAD, in suitable lots, commencing near Sizergh Park Gate, and axtending southwards as now staked out, through the Lands of  THOMAS STRICKLAND,  R. M. HARRISON, and ANTHONY YEATES, Esquires, to where the said intended new line joins the old line of road, nearly opposite the gateway leading to Heaves Lodge.
 
JOHN LAWRENCE, of Heversham, will show the intended line of road, and conditions with specifications, and plans may be seen, by applying at the offices of MR. REVELEY, Solicitor;  or MR. RUSSELL, Land Surveyor, both of Kendal.
