On Saturday the 5th instant, at the Catholic Chapel, Copperas-hill, Liverpool, by the Rev. William WHITE, and on the 8th inst. at St. Michael's Church, Toxteth-park, by the Rev. William HESKETH, Mr. George PICKARD, of Liverpool, to Mary, eldest daughter of Mr. James HAMILTON, of Carlisle.
At Crosthwaite, Church, on the 12th instant, Mr. Richard SANDERSON, to Miss Dinah DIXON, of Keswick. Mr. William CLARK, to Miss Elizabeth HENDERSON, daughter of Mrs. Martha, HENDERSON, of Howe, near Keswick. Mr. Jos. HARRISON, to Miss Jane HENDERSON, sister to the above bride. [According to FamilySearch, the HENDERSON sisters both married on 12 Nov 1825.]

This is the fourth time the bridegroom has entered into the matrimonial state.—On the 16th, Richard SALKELD of Crosbyravensworth, to Dinah RICHARDSON, of Appleby.
On the 8th inst. by special license, at Durham Massey [sic - should be Dunham Massey, Cheshire], by the Rev. Lord Thomas HAY, Sir John WALSH, Bart., of Warfield Park, Berkshire, second son of the late Sir John Benn WALSH, Bart., of Whitehaven, to the Lady Jane GREY, youngest daughter of the Earl of Stamford and Warrington.
In London, Capt. EADY, to Miss Phœbe STUBBS, eldest daughter of the late Mr. Thomas STUBBS, glass and china dealer, of Whitehaven.

DEATHS.
Since our last: Mary BELL, Castle-street, aged 22. Mrs. Jane WILSON, Shaddongate, aged 83. In child-bed, Barbara, wife of Mr. J. ATKINSON, shoe-maker, Botchergate, aged 41.
A few days ago, Mr. William WILSON, at the Flat, in the Parish of Kirkbampton, aged 80, much and deservedly respected.
At Cockermouth, on the 10th inst. of a long and painful illness, which she bore with Christian fortitude and resignation, Mrs. Elizabeth ATKINSON, aged 38, wife of Mr. Michael ATKINSON, Officer of Excise.
On Wednesday week, at Maryport, Mrs. BARNES, advanced in years. On Thursday last, Mr. John HAMBLETON, Chapel-brow; he had been twelve years confined to his bed. On Monday last, Jane, the daughter of Mrs. LOWDEN, innkeeper, aged 5 years.
At Keswick, on the 11th inst., after a short illness, Mrs. Sarah SEALBY, aged 63, widow of the late Mr. Benj. SEALBY, of that place, ironmonger and grocer.
On the 12th instant, at the house of John HODGSON, Esq., Tottenham, much esteemed by those who knew her well, Penelope, daughter of the late Rev. John BROWN, perpetual Curate of Bassenthwaite.
In Windmill Brow, Whitehaven, Joseph, son of Mr. John KENDALL, wright, aged 12.
At Book-Well, near Egremont, Hannah, widow of Mr. Borrowdale STEWARD.
At Hawkshead, after a lingering illness, Mrs. SATTERTHWAITE, wife of Mr. Daniel SATTERTHWAITE, aged 74; and a few days afterwards, Mr. Daniel SATTERTHWAITE, advanced in years. Lately, at Colthouse, near Hawkshead, of apoplexy, Mrs. Eliz. HAWKRIGG, 76.
On the 4th inst. at Heversham, Westmorland, Henrietta, wife of the Rev. Dr. LAWSON, vicar of that parish, and daughter of the late Alexander RANALSON, Esq. of Blairhall, Perthshire.
At Warrington, aged 81, Mr. Godsalve ROBINSON, formerly of Lancaster, and one of the Society of Friends.
On Sunday last, aged 71, Mr. Henry SEWELL, clothes dealer, of Blackburn, and formerly of Kendal.
At York, on Thursday the 10th inst. Mr. Joseph BARRET, officer of Excise, of that place.
At Dumfries, Miss Margaret Fleming SMITH, third daughter of the late Leonard SMITH, Esq. of Stepford. At Mountpleasant, Maxwelltown, on Saturday, Mr. Thomas M'KEN, nursery and seedsman, aged 48. He was a man of the greatest industry and enterprise. At Kirktown, Kirkmahoe, on Sunday last, Mrs. Rachael BLOUNT, in her 96th year.
Lately, on his passage from Calcutta to England, aged 26 years, Samuel Nugent Legh, Esq. eldest son of the Rev. Legh RICHMOND.
At Leghorn, on the 3d. ult. from the bite of a spider, Lewis HENDERSON, Esq. merchant, brother of Andrew HENDERSON, Esq. artist, Glasgow.
At Exeter, Mr. Daniel SUGG, in his hundred and third year. At the age of twenty, he fought at the battle of Dettingen, and assisted in removing the wounded Duke of Cumberland from the field. At the battle of Culloden he was himself wounded; but from that period to his death he never had a day's sickness.
On Friday, Sept. 9th, aged 32, at Konieh, in Caramania (the ancient Iconium,) Thos. Ayre BROMHEAD, Esq., late of Christ's College, Cambridge, only son of the Rev. Edward BROMHEAD, of Repham, near Lincoln. This enterprising traveller, after an absence of five years from his native country, was hastening homewards, when arrested by sudden and fatal disease. [Konieh is today called Konya, a city in Central Anatolia, Turkey.]
