FARMS TO LET.
 
SEVERAL DESIRABLE farms, and Valuable Parcels of Arable and Pasture LAND, situate at Low Methop, near Milnthorpe, in the county of Westmorland, and at and near Castlehead, in the parish of Cartmel, in the county of Lancaster.  The size of the Farms, or quantity of Land to be occupied with each, may depend on arrangements with the Tenants, and may consist of from Two to Four or Five Hundred Acres each.
 
    For particulars apply to the Agents at Castlehead, or Low Methop aforesaid;  or to MR. JOHN JAMES ADAM, of Underley Park, (near Kirkby-Lonsdale); or MR. WILLIAM MILLER, Surveyor, Preston, Lancashire.
 
N.B.  May be entered upon at the usual times in the ensuing Spring.

At the house of MRS. ROPER, the Rose and Crown Hotel, in Kirkby Lonsdale, on Friday the 3d day of March next, at six o'clock in the evening, THE Two following Valuable ESTATES, belonging to the REV. J. L. LONG, within the Parish of Whittington: -
 
            LOT 1.
 
THE LOW HALL ESTATE,
In Whittington, now in the occupation of MR. JAS. MOORE; consisting of a large and convenient Dwelling-House, extensive Out-Buildings, Orchard, Garden, and sundry Closes of good grazing, arable, and meadow Ground, containing upwards of Two Hundred and Thirty-one Acres, exclusive of the Wood Land. - the Fishery in the river Lune, within the township of Whittington, will be Let along with this Estate.
 
                LOT II
 
THE DOCKER HALL ESTATE
 
Now in the occupation of MR. JOSEPH SHEPHERD;  consisting of a Dwelling-House, Out-Buildings &c., and One Hundred and Sixty-two Acres, Two Roods, and Twelve Perches of arable, meadow, and pasture Ground, exclusive of the Wood Lands; together with the allotments from Docker Moor, lying contiguous thereto, containing upwards of One Hundred Acres.
 
Both these Estates adjoin upon good roads, and are at a convenient distance from Kirkby Lonsdale and Lancaster.
