MARRIAGES.

 

At Stanwix, on Saturday last, Mr. John GRAHAM, of Parkbroom, cabinet-maker, to Mary, eldest daughter of Mr. Thomas GRAHAM, of Linstock.

 

At Abbey Lanercost, on Monday last, Mr. William HAUGH, of Howe Gill, to Miss BELL, of Heugh.

 

On Friday se'nnight, at Bromfield Church, Mr. SMITH, of Gilcrux, to Ann, daughter of Mr. Benjamin WILSON, of Allerby.

 

DEATHS.

 

On Thursday last, in English-street, Carlisle, Isabella Mary, eldest daughter of Mr. T. HALTON, aged 7 years.

 

On Wednesday last, at Beaumont, Mr. Robert FAULDER, aged 37 years.

 

On the 3d instant, at Dalston, Joseph RICHARDSON, Esq., aged 70 years.

 

On his passage from India, Lieut. Edwd. ROUTLEDGE.

 

On Sunday the 26th February, at Lazonby, near Penrith, in the 91st year of his age, the Rev. Thomas MYERS, LL. B. Vicar of that Parish, and in the Commission of the Peace for the Counties of Cumberland and Westmorland.

 

On Sunday last, at Bowness, Bassenthwaite, near Keswick, Mr. Jos. PEARSON, yeoman, aged 66, brother of the Rev. J. PEARSON, perpetual curate of Newton, near Penrith.

 

On the 27th ult. at the house of Mrs. SHAWE, Catherine-place, Bath, aged 18, Jane, wife of William Cuncliffe SHAWE, Esq., and third daughter of Charles PATTENSON, of the Honourable East India Company's Civil Service, Bengal, Esq.

 

On Tuesday se'nnight, at Aughetree, very suddenly, Mr. Jos. COWX, aged 79, many years innkeeper at Ireby.

 

Lately, at Gretna Green, Mr. James FERGUSON, spirit-dealer, advanced in years.

 

At Hawick, Roxburghshire, on the 20th ult. Mrs. Janet CROSBY, relict of the late Mr. John CROSBY, of the Whiskey Houses, sincerely respected.

 

Mr. Moses LOUSADA, a stock-broker who lately failed, committed suicide on Saturday, while in one of Badley's baths, St. Mary Axe, London. The deceased was found lying on his back, his throat cut from ear to ear, and the water was completely dyed with gore.
