DIED,

 

At Dalston, a few days ago, Mr. Matthew ROBSON, brewer, aged 62, much respected.

 

At Beaumont, on Sunday last, Mr. James GILKERSON, farmer, (father of Mr. GILKERSON, spirit-merchant, of this city,) aged 76.

 

At Penrith, on the 25th ult. Miss Mary ROBINSON, aged 16. On the 29th, Mr. John PEARSON, stay-maker, aged 41. On the 1st inst., Ann DICKINSON, aged 36.

 

On Wednesday week, at Thrustonfield, parish of Burgh-by-Sands, Mrs. Sarah PATTINSON, aged 84 years, most highly respected for the numerous virtues of her heart.

 

On Sunday, at Parton, Mrs. REID, advanced in years.

 

At Cockermouth, Mr. J. BOLTON, draper, aged 19, son of the late Mr. William BOLTON, of the General Wolf Inn, Penrith, and formerly sergeant-major in the Royal Cumberland Militia.

 

At Workington, Mrs. Bridget THOMPSON, aged 59.

 

At Winscales, suddenly, Mr. Roger PAPE, aged 58.

 

At Keswick, Mr. James LAWSON, sen. joiner and cabinet-maker, aged 72.

 

At Hall Waberthwaite, at the house of her aunt, Mrs. SHARPE, Miss HARRISON, aged 21.

 

Suddenly, at Appleby, on Wednesday last, Mrs. Margaret GARTH, at an advanced age.

 

At Lancaster, on Wednesday last, Mr. Joseph JACKSON, currier, brother of the Collector of the Customs of this port; much and deservedly respected.

 

At Wigan, in Lancashire, on Thursday week, Mr. William CRON, confidential clerk and traveller for Mr. TELFORD, of Wigan, and son of Mr. William CRON, of Blatwood, in the parish of Gretna, aged 23. His integrity and correctness of moral principle had gained him the esteem of his employer, and his amiable disposition had procured him many friends.

 

At Oxford, aged 78, Martin WALL, D. M. Clinical Professor, F. R. S. and a most distinguished physician.

 

At Abbey Bank, parish of Newabbey, Mr. William LITT, aged 76. At Moffat, Mr. John DICKSON. At Longbridgemuir, Mr. William M'LEAN.

 

On the 18th ult., at Bath, John STANTON, Esq., well known and highly respected as manager, for many years, of the Lancaster and other Theatres in the North of England.

 

Suddenly, on board the James Watt steam-packet, off the Isle of Man, Mr. Jos. DUDLEY, late of Dudley, Worcestershire, engineer.

 

Aged 10 months, Rufus, infant son of Capt. OLIVER, of Douglas, Isle of Man.—On the passage from the Coast of Africa to Liverpool, Mr. John KEWLEY, carpenter of the brig May, formerly of Douglas.

 

At Welby, near Grantham, aged 72, the Rev. W. DODWELL, Rector of Welby and Stocke Rocheford, Lincolnshire. A few months ago he gave £10,000 to the Wesleyan Missionary Society, and he has bequeathed the principal part of his property to charitable purposes.

 

Lately, at his seat, Dourdan, aged 86, Charles LEBRUN, Duke of Placentia, third Consul during the Consular government of France, and one of BONAPARTE's ministers during the empire, occupying the place of Prince Arch-Treasurer, Governor general of Liguria, of Holland, and other high offices.

 

At Frome, aged 105, Mary WHITE. On lately walking from the market, she fell down and broke her leg, which produced a mortification.

 

The Grand Duke of Tuscany, Ferdinand III. died the 18th of June in Florence, at the age of 55 years. His only son succeeds him, under die title of Leopold II.
