¡Hola Johon!

agradecimiento.

In 1968, I began to research my family history. There was very little information
available in Texas on Hispanic families.
Since then I have accumulated a very large database. I am sharing what I have accumulated throughout the years.
I am not going to debate the various publications. My presentation are to be used as a guide, the reader may draw their own conclusions.

Hi John,
I read your E-mail about co;;ecting info since 1968 in Texas on Hispanics. I was wondering if you have anything on my grandparents? Enemencio Hernandez (b)Nov. 1875 in Mexico(don't know where in Mexico), Rufina Bueno (b) Jan.1878 in Texas (don't know what city) they married abt. 1897. I can't find anythin on them, found Rufina in the 1800 census, 2yrs. old with her parents again in the 1900 census married to grandpa with 2 children living with her parents, and then nothing until 1930 census find my grandpa with my dad and younger brother, widowed. next door is his son Julian with wife ,son, and brother.
Also my grandparents on mom's side Desiderio Cruz (b) Feb. 11,1885 (Mexico?) and Angelita Nunez (b)1885, Texas, no parents names on either one of them or sibling's names either. They were married in 1910 and lived in Donna Hidalgo County, Texas my grandmother died late 1949 or early 1950 as well as my older brothers and sisters can remember grandpa died July 1982. I know everything I have is sketchy and has alot of holes but maybe, hopefully you may be able to help me out.
Thanks in advance hope to hear from you soon. Please E-mail me at cji...@sentco.net

John:

Primo, thanks for unselfishly sharing work. You work has helped all of us in our continuing studies and has guided us to other family lines and to other interesting  studies we  may not have been aware. I agree, and we should be responsible for our own research, studies and our own conclusions, but you have definitely made it easier for us.

Again, muchas gracias.
