Hard to fix case of visible fields

In asp.net generated files (Page.designer.cs) there are multiple
protected fields. It would be hard to convert them to private.
AvoidVisibleFields rule reports them as violations. Its FxCop
counterpart, DoNotDeclareVisibleInstanceFields does not report them.
It would be convenient if Gendarme skipped them too.
