Is this project maintained, or has it been shelved?
The Windows installer ships with out of date Cecil references and cannot inspect assemblies produced by Roslyn. See https://github.com/jbevain/cecil/issues/186
I would raise an issue but the mono-tools repo doesn't allow it.
