Gendarme 2.6 preview #0 for Windows

Hello Gendarmes,

The good news: Here's preview #0 of Gendarme 2.6 installer for Windows

The bad news: I'm not sure it works - hence the #0 ;-)

This MSI is not the old (vs.net-based) installer. It's a new (WIX-
based) one that Jonathan Pobst (many thanks) contributed. Now the
issue is that, at least on my system, it fails to install because it
does not detect framework v3.5 installed (and yes I'm sure I have
it ;-).

Right now I'm not sure if the issue is on my system (building with wix
or instaliing), with wix itself or a mix of them. I would appreciate
if someone else (or a few people) could try to install it on different
Windows versions (XP SP3 32bits here) and report success/failure.

Either I'll be able to fix this quickly or I'll release 2.6 using the
old installer. In any case a "regular" preview #1 should be released
soon.

Last note, you better uninstall any previous Gendarme version before
installing. I'm not sure the new setup can update an old installation.

This one [1] should be identical but it was generated on Jonathan's
build bot and install correctly on my system. If someone confirms it
works elsewhere too then I'll push it to the ohloh site and announce
it properly.
