recommended PID settings are wrong?

hi,

I tried latest version again and noticed a new problem with the PID
settings. I have a new extruder we are trying to max out for volume
extrusion. as such, I made the nichrome 5 ohm instead of 6 ohm so we
could get more heat and thus a faster flow rate (stepper extruder).

however, with the latest firmware and new recommended PID settings the
extruder MOSFET gets unbelieveably hot and requires a fan on the
extruder board to avoid overheating. very dangerous! rolling back to
1.6/1.8hbp keeps the MOSFET cool to the touch. the older firmware
still has better prints for me, too.

what's going on?
