Major documentation update!

Hello,

This was very long overdue --- sorry! --- but I just pushed a big documentation overhaul. It's now all proper MarkDown, there are new pages on topics previously undocumented and existing pages have been updated,

if you like theory, there is a new page specifically on the approach to quantization that I would recommend and that gemmlowp allows to use,

and there is a new complete usage example showing how to quantize a float calculation and call gemmlowp accordingly:

There are some typos to be fixed. 

e.g. in README.md, doc/kernels.md should be doc/kernel.md

and others typos.
