Dear concerned,

I am getting the following error for the line of code below:

/Softwares/gemma-0.98.5-linux-static-AMD64 -bfile ~/Feb2024/GemmaTrial_plink -gk 1 -o TrialGemmagk
GEMMA 0.98.5 (2021-08-25) by Xiang Zhou, Pjotr Prins and team (C) 2012-2021
Reading Files ...
ERROR: Enforce failed for number of analyzed individuals equals 0. in src/param.cpp at line 2075 in ProcessCvtPhen

This has been reported before but not clear how it was resolved. Help is appreciated.

Best,
aditi

Hello,

I am also getting the same error

ERROR: Enforce failed for number of analyzed individuals equals 0. in src/param.cpp at line 2075 in ProcessCvtPhen

when trying to calculate a relatedness matrix. Previously has worked without issues but I have changed the bfile after using a different HWE filter.

Using this command:

gemma -bfile rerun -gk 1 -o relMatrix.rerun

Any help will be appreciated!
