Description

Gemba 在日语中是“现场—事情真正发生的地方”的意思，它也是日本人日常生活中的常用词。广义上讲，它就是“事件发生的地方” ；狭义上讲，Gemba就是指企业的“工作领域”或“工作位置”。Kaizen的意思是“连续不断的改进、完善”。所以，综合来讲，Gemba Kaizen狭义就是指“对企业不同领域或工作位置上所做的不断的改进和完善”。
