1)CLERK (OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders from Call Centre are assigned promptly and properly to the respective administration clerk according to the type of modules
- Ensure bulk assignments are assigned promptly and properly to the respective administration clerk
- Ensure all work orders are updated in Service Alliance (SA) within time frame (SLA)
- Ensure all materials (serialized and non-serialized are updated correctly and promptly
- Ensure all work order status from site agents are updated correctly and promptly
- Ensure generation and dispatch of letters to consumers for related modules
- Ensure immediate correction is made on any updating errors
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM / Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English / Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in office administration
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
