Responsibilities

  

  • Formulate, implement, review and continuously improve collection & recovery mechanism for the long outstanding water bill account
  • Monitor and supervise the Final Bill unit, Water Deposit unit and Unclaimed Moneys unit, continuously review and improve the performance
  • Formulate, implement, review and continuously improve work integration platform between departments that directly serve consumers
  • Ensure effective risk management
  • Ensure availability of skilled competent and motivated workforce

 

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • MIA member
  • Minimum 6 years experience in related field
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective secretarial services to the Manager
  • Ensure a smooth running and timely compilation of files for all meetings related to department
  • Ensure external and internal customers are handled with fast, accurate and up-to-date information and simultaneously portray a good company’s image
  • Ensure continuous good rapport with customers, government agencies and other industrial organizations
  • Ensure that filing system is up-to-date and documents are easily accessible
  • Ensure the implementation of project planned by the company
  • Ensure all jobs done comply with relevant legislations and meet the ISO requirements
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in secretarial or related field

TECHNICIAN (1 VACANCY)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure number of pipe burst does not exceed 0.6km/year
  • Monitoring pipe burst repair to be carried out within 24 hours
  • To implement as per comprehensive scouring program (normal and air scouring)
  • Looping of Cul-De Sacs (Dead Ends) at least 10 locations
  • To implement meter changing program for top 100 water consumers
  • Ensure less of unnecessary water wastage (NRW) in the system
  • Monitoring cost effectiveness for pipe burst repair
  • Monitoring staff overtime
  • Monitoring low pressure and maintaining minimum pressure of 10 meter
  • To implement comprehensive valve maintenance program for major valves
  • Monitoring connection to be done within 7 days
  • To implement comprehensive GPS information program to locate valves
  • Monitoring work compliance to the safety and health requirements
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

 

Requirement

  • SKM (Level 3)/ Certificate/ Diploma in Civil or equivalent qualification approved by MQA
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Technical knowledge in Water Treatment & distribution/ Pipe laying, repair and maintenance
  • Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office. Ability to use other Engineering software (AutoCAD etc.) is an added advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment

  • Assist in converting the well-defined procedures routine into applications and programs for computer solution (coding)
  • Assist in testing and implementing application system
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing system
  • Assist in supporting and solving problems for end-users
  • Responsible for assisting in system design, development and implementation
  • Assist in training on use of application systems and data processing operations
  • Assist in writing software and operating manuals

 

Requirement

  • Diploma in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification(approved by MQA)

  • Good programming skills & knowledge in programming languages and utilities
  • Knowledge in Application software packages and PC-based packages
