1) RISK MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the PBA Holdings Bhd’s Risk Management function which involves the implementation of Risk Management processes to identify,
    assess, measure, manage, monitor and report risks.
  • Monitor and coordinate the updates of key risk factors, control effectiveness, Key Risk Indicators and Management Action Plans.
  • Act as the contact person in the Risk Management Secretariat in PBA Holdings Bhd.
  • Oversee the risk governance process of PBA Holdings Bhd
  • Manage the company investor relations process
  • Assist in all BURSA, SSM, SPAN and other regulatory bodies compliance matters
  • Assist in the development of IR materials for investors
  • Assist in the update of the investor relations portion of the company web site
  • Serve as the key point of contact for the investment community
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

 
Requirement:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Accounting or related field
  • Experience in risk management, investor relations, corporate finance or any relevant field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

2) SECRETARY 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective secretarial services to the Head of Department
  • Ensuring timely, effective and confidential management of all support functions for the Head of Department
  • Ensure timely responses/ correspondence for internal and external inquiries
  • Ensure the compile and monitor of SPAN Regulatory and to report submitted according to time frame given by SPAN
  • Ensure a cooperative and positive relationship with internal and external customers

 
Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 5 year’s experience in secretarial or related field
  • Ability to organize and priorities work effectively
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Mature with a pleasant personality
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to do multi task and work under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 
 

3) CLERK (0PERATIONS DEPARTMENT)
 
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work orders from Call Centre are assigned promptly and properly to the respective administration clerk according to the type of modules
  • Ensure bulk assignments are assigned promptly and properly to the respective administration clerk
  • Ensure all work orders are updated in Service Alliance (SA) within time frame (SLA)
  • Ensure all materials serialized and non-serialized are updated correctly and promptly
  • Ensure all work order status from site agents are updated correctly and promptly
  • Ensure generation and dispatch of letters to consumers for related modules
  • Ensure immediate correction is made on any updating errors
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time

 
Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with credits in Bahasa Malaysia and English / Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in office administration
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 
4) PEMBANTU INSTRUMENTASI
 

  • Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia / Certificate in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
  • Minimum 3 years working experience (experience in Electronics or Instrumentation would be added advantage)
