Sequence for refurbishing 2011 E2

Need guidance to sequence to replace parts. Previously submitted video of delays, clunking noises when stopping, floored accelerator to reach top end of 25 mph, and the need for a heavy foot to stop the little beast.

I've ordered the front half shafts and boots. (Boots dried out & torn). I have yet to remove the wheels to check on brake parts.

Any guidance appreciated.

P.S.  I'm in Tampa, FL.  Any GEM buddies near by?

I am not sure of all your replacing, but I suggest you start with the inside ( shaft, boots).  They sell a disk brake kit for the front but pricy. 
 Be sure to clean your brake pads  free of grease, oil  or dust

I think I may have the same problem. Stutters when I accelerate or start up from a start but no all the time. Do you experience the same thing?
