new to the group and to my cart

I just bought a cart from a guy and he told me it is a 1996 Gem T2. Im looking for specs, manual and a few other things. I see what looks like a serial number plate. My question is, how can I find out exactly what it is I do have, year make model, etc.... Here are a few pics if that helps. Thank you in advance.
