Electrical issue?

For the first time ever upon starting my 2020 e2, the LED center cluster gauge took about 20-30 seconds before illuminating. Additionally, instead of the OEM radio automatically turning on I had to manually switch it on. Then the radio LED panel streamed the message: “Select Operating Region”. This series of events now occurs every time I start the GEM.

I initially assumed the 12v auxiliary battery was failing to maintain a charge due to the radio not keeping the operating region setting in memory. In further testing I monitored the voltage of the aux battery from the time of switching to ON. Upon doing so the voltage immediately dropped to under 4V. After about 40-50 seconds the voltage slowly ramped back up to +12V, whereupon the LED cluster gauge then illuminated becoming fully functional.

Then after disconnecting all the aux battery cables the voltage reading was a constant +12V and has remained so for the last 3 days. So my assumption is the aux battery holds its charge.

I’ll really appreciate any suggestions on other troubleshooting techniques to help identify the source of these issues!
