The heater on my 2022 E4 GEM produces forced air, but does not produce heat. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The heater does have a fuse in the fuse box.

More than likely, your insulators crack and are loose inside the heater and shorting out, so no heat from the 72V but you have 12v fan running.
Take heater out and look for broken white insulators, try to fix and isolate the heater coils from the heater frame.
