Hi Jason,

I have problem when runnning Kmeans, Mummergpu, bfs benhcmarks,

if I run kmeans and mummergpu benchmarks it just stuck and never done you can look on file I attached.

when I run bfs for 4096.txt input it give the result successfully, but when I tried larger input it just stuck on Reading File.

Can you give me some suggesstions ?

Hi Arhdi,

How long are you running the benchmarks for? Sometimes it takes quite a while (e.g., more than 12 hours, and sometimes more than 24 hours) to read in the data files because they are large. If you're using the O3 CPU, it will take even longer.

Hi Jason,

For BFS benchmarks with bfs_graph1MW_6.txt it already finish for about 26 hours, but for kmeans benchmarks with kdd_cup file as input it has running for 3 days and until now it not finished yet.

Hi Ardhi,

The kdd_cup input takes a *very* long time. More than three days seems reasonable to me. You can also create your own input files that are the size you need. You can look at the parsing code in each benchmark to understand the format of the files.
