Trouble with image posts.

I installed gelatocms and have it up and running fine.

I have a terrible issue with images though. It lets me post them, they
show up in the uploads dir, but it won't display them in the blog.

If I right click on the small box outlining where the image should be
and do view image location I see:

Sometimes when you click that location the fancy javascript box pops
up and you can see the image, but mostly you cannot.

The first image I posted works fine, for some odd reason!

Any idea?

Ah, I did use the imgsize.php from http://gelatocms.googlecode.com/files/patch-imgsize.rar,
was this wrong?

I didn't have the php GD libraries installed. Doh.
