Gelato features and instal error

I am looking for a cool cms that allows easy guest posting like tumblr eg: http://kenyanevents.tumblr.com/submit Can gelato do that?

I tried installing gelato but when submit instal.php page, i get returned to the same page without any errors. And if i access the  installation directory, I get the very simple page below. What could be the problem?

No. The Gelato CMS don´t have the "submit post" feature.

That error on the installation is because you don´t follow the instructions details on: http://www.gelatocms.com/
