why i can't install?

I use XAMPP FOR MAC

Gelato would suggest the following error when I installed the website：

Warning: fwrite() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/gelato/classes/install.class.php on line 219

Why？And what can I do？
