Hi everyone!
To follow up from my e-mail this weekend, we will be apple picking this Saturday, September 26th at Poverty Lane Orchards in Lebanon, NH (98 Poverty Ln, Lebanon, NH 03766). Please meet in the parking lot of the orchard no later than 1:00PM! It might be a good idea to carpool and get there a little early, since parking can be somewhat limited at the orchard. On site, you can also taste their famous hard cider (Farnum Hill) and pick up some pumpkins if you'd like! The orchard may be cash only, so make sure to bring some cash for your apples/hard cider/etc.
Afterwards, Kris and I are hosting an apple pressing party at our place for anyone who wants to come. Kris's family has an orchard at their house in Vermont, so we'll have a bunch of their apples ready to turn into cider. Please stop by, do some cider pressing, and grab some fresh cider to take home--you can even use the apples you'll just have picked :)
Our party will start at 3:30PM and go until about 6:00, and will be held at our house in Quechee. The address is 70 Morgan Road, Quechee VT 05059. Sometimes, the GPS will prefer you to enter Hartford or White River Junction for the address, which is fine, too. I sent out a Facebook event invite, but I doubt all of you got it, so I just wanted to mention it here, too. Please let me know if you're coming to our house so I know how many to plan for!
Looking forward to having some fall fun this Saturday! Hope to see you all there!
Allie
