Subject: Do you know anyone?

Hi All!

 

My neighbor (in Norwich, VT), a nice woman in her 60s, is caring for her elderly father who has fairly advanced Parkinson's in her home.  Her long term helper had to leave suddenly due to a family emergency.  She is looking for someone to stay with him from 1PM-8PM (all days of the week available).  He is pretty much limited to a recliner, but does get up regularly to use the restroom. She is offering 20-25 $/hour.  A medical background is not necessary, but the person needs to be physically strong enough to help him with his tasks.  The tasks are mainly to walk him to the restroom, assist with feeding, and fall prevention.

 

I know you all have day jobs ... but if you know anyone who would be interested please let me know and I will pass on the contact info.
