Hi I recently got a new phone and moved my crown club QR code is not showing up in the app it is just a grey box with a white light that circles around the spot where a QR code would be. I did not properly sign out of my old phone's app how I already performed a factory reset inorder to get it ready for trade-in erasing the data off it, I was wondering if this an issue related to that or just a app issue
