Howdo I delete signed documents from Dropbox? Once it is downloaded I would like to get rid of it so I don't just have a pile of documents sitting in there. I'd rather it be "clean" so when I log in I am only looking at was it waiting for signature and anything I haven't downloaded yet. Thanks!

HF 732: A bill for an act prohibiting and requiring certain actions relating to abortion involving the detection of a fetal heartbeat, and including effective date provisions.

In May of 2018, I proudly signed the fetal heartbeat bill into law. Days later, it was challenged by abortion providers who do little to help women in crisis understand their choices and grossly misrepresent the service they provide as health care.

Just a few weeks ago, the Iowa Democratic party said Roe should be the floor, not the ceiling. And yet elected Democratic officials and candidates in Iowa and around the country are never pressed to answer the tough question.

Even with the fetal heartbeat bill, the fight continues for a robust culture of life that welcomes children, supports mothers, and involves fathers. As a pro-life governor, I will continue to promote policies designed to surround every person involved in a pregnancy with protection, love, and support.

But today, the most glaring injustice of all is about to be put right. Everyone understands that a heartbeat signifies life. And we understand that when it falls silent, something precious has been lost.

President Joe Biden and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy today signed a 10-year bilateral security pact aimed at strengthening Ukraine's ability to defend itself in the present while also deterring aggression in the future.

"A lasting peace for Ukraine must be underwritten by Ukraine's own ability to defend itself now, and to deter future aggression anytime in the future," the president continued, adding that the U.S. is going to help ensure Ukraine can do both.

Per the agreement, the U.S. and Ukraine will spend the next 10 years building and maintaining Ukraine's credible defense and deterrence capability; strengthening Ukraine's capacity to sustain its fight over the long term; accelerating Ukraine's Euro-Atlantic integration; and consulting in the event of a future Russian armed attack against Ukraine.

"[It's] a peace with a broad basis for it around the world that holds Russia accountable for the damage it has done in this war."

During his remarks, Biden also said that the G7 recently achieved a "significant outcome" by freeing up some of the $280 billion in Russian assets that members of the G7 and European Union worked to freeze following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in early 2022.

"I'm very pleased to share that, this week, the G7 signed a plan to finalize and unlock $50 billion in the proceeds of those frozen assets, to put that money to work for Ukraine [as] a reminder to [Russian President Vladimir] Putin we're not backing down," Biden said.

In addition to the signing of the bilateral security agreement and the distribution of proceeds from unlocked Russian assets to Ukraine, Biden also said that the G7 has taken a third "major step" in support of Ukraine by coming to an agreement on sanctioning countries that are contributing to Russia's war efforts.

Today, Governor Roy Cooper signed House Bill 76, Access to Healthcare Options, into law. The legislation will expand Medicaid, which is expected to provide health coverage to over 600,000 people across North Carolina and bring billions in federal dollars to the state. North Carolina is the 40th state to expand Medicaid.

Expanding Medicaid has been a top priority for Governor Cooper since he took office. Since 2017, he has worked within the confines of state law to begin the expansion of Medicaid, even when Republican legislators sued him in federal court to stop the process. Without Medicaid expansion, North Carolina has missed out on an estimated $521 million each month that could go to improving mental health and helping rural hospitals remain open.

Veterans, early childhood educators, restaurant workers, nursing home workers are all among the groups that often fall into the coverage gap and sometimes have to work two or more jobs to afford health care.

In North Carolina, rural residents are 40% more likely to be uninsured and eligible for Medicaid expansion, and eleven rural hospitals have closed in North Carolina since 2005, with more at risk of closure due to a lack of paying customers. North Carolina, like other states, is currently dealing with an opioid and substance abuse crisis. About 40% of overdose patients in emergency departments are uninsured, making it harder for them to get the follow up mental health care they need.

It would be helpful to have a delete signed quotes options for Super Admins. While setting up the quotes and changing over from the beta version we had to create and test a lot of options and we now have quotes I can't delete.

So, if I have to make a change, if I made a mistake, then it stays here forever? Seems I have to create a whole new quote but what about the quote amount in my reports, etc. But if I do that, now I am faced with always creating a *footnote situation. This is a really tough spot to be in.

While I understand the logic behind the limitation of disallowing signed Quotes to be deleted, we often have a legitimate wish to do so. Perhaps make this a special permission or at least make it available only to Super Admins. Or make it a switch within setup so that the customer can decide if they want signed Quotes to be deletable or not within their organization.

Super Admin should be able to Archive these somehow and get them out of them main view. While testing the process for a new quote template we created and signed some so now we are stuck with the test quotes.

Enrolled acts signed by the Speaker of the House and the President Pro Tempore are sent to the Office of the Lt. Governor for signature, are then returned to the Office of the Secretary of the Senate (for Senate Enrolled Acts) or the Clerk of the House of Representatives (for House Enrolled Acts), and then go to the Office of the Governor. From there, the Governor reviews all legislation and has seven days to sign or veto the bill. If he does not sign it, it automatically becomes law on the eighth day after receipt.
