Ihad a hub go off the rails and I'm switching to my back up. I've already restored the database from the crazy hub to the backup. When getting my zigbee devices back operational it seems I have to factory reset each zigbee device before the discover of the previous device occurs.
Iris V3 Contact Sensors from what I can find is supposed to automatically do this rejoin after reinstalling the battery. However I'm only getting a red blinking light from the device no blue or green. Anyone know the trick to factory resetting these?
Step 1: Press the small reset lever/button located above the battery 5 times. The contact sensor will begin blinking blue when the factory reset is successful and will enter pairing mode.
If it is anything like the V2 sensor, there is a tiny button visible when you remove the battery cover. With the battery at the bottom, it is to the left of the contact at the top. You might need a magnifier to see it.
The problem is the placement of the reset button, they are terribly weak, I broke 3 of them off. So the easiest way is to separate the top part of the sensor from the device base and the reset button is easily exposed on the board.

I have two of these IRIS V2 Motion Sensors and they have been working fine. They reported temperature changes as they happen. I adjusted both of the tempertaure reporting, one +2 degrees and one + 3 degrees so they report accurate. Ever since I have done that they stop reporting temperature changes. If I do a refresh, they report the correct temperatur. I removed the temperature adjustments and they still do not report on temperature changes.
Has anyone seen this? How do I fix them?
All the other functions work correctly.

I am running a system with a series of Rosco I-Cues and Apollo (EZ) Irises. Each run is only to an individual I-Cue which daisy chains into its corresponding iris. This week, we noticed that the iris would periodically lose its ability to open back to full once brought down to a 0 value. I cracked open the iris and reset the internal gears - which worked, except now I have a new problem:
If I shut down my iris at any value above 0, the device gets stuck in calibration when it receives power again. It simply continues to click and won't move until I unplug it and manually set the iris's position back to 0 powering it back up. I added in a temporary shutdown and start up process to help get around this, but this is very much not a permanent solution to this problem. Does anyone here have any ideas what's going on and how I might fix it?

The missing OFF mqtt alert is blueiris fault ( I guess it can be considered a bug). It only happens when unsing deepstack AI.
My workaround solution is to use Homeassistant itself to fix it, by posting a MQTT message with the OFF on the same topic.
Using an Automation to monitor the Sensor state, if the motion stays ON for too long, it triggers.
So i seem to have got this working now without any issues, poss BlueIris server settling down.
The next question though is that when i access these camera up to Google Home via HA and stream them to a google cast there is a lag of about 30 seconds! Any idea how to get rid of this
I'm hoping someone can help with an issue I'm having with my iGPU. With the above named graphics card enabled, I get block black lines down the screen and along with coloured and white lines which do not go away. If I disable the driver in device manager and restart, the problem goes away. If i uninstall the driver through device manager and restart, the problem goes away until windows reinstalls the device (I guess it does a hardware scan and notices its not installed?). I've gone into windows update etc and disabled auto updates and downloads for hardware with no effect.
Keeping the device disabled isn't an option as some of the games I play will not boot correctly with it being there and not disabled. If I delete it and the backup Microsoft display driver installs I can boot the games, but only for a few minutes before the Iris XE gets reinstalled again!
Logs attached. As I've removed my 2x 8gb RAM sticks for my other laptop, whilst this one isn't working, the iGPU is now showing as Intel HD rather than Iris XE as I'm now in single channel configuration, but the issue persists.

I looked on MSI's website and the latest graphics driver version they have available for the Intel graphics controller is 31.0.101.3729. Please try a clean installation of that driver following the instructions in the links below:

Any updates on this OP? I have had this same exact issue on 3 laptops so far. 2 were Dell and 1 was Gigabyte. Support through email ticket is laughable. Intel blames the manufacturer saying you have to use their driver. That driver is literally an Intel installer directly from their site. Updating BIOS does nothing as well as any driver. Basic adapter and the screen is fine. As soon as a driver is introduced, goes back to the picture above. So Intel wants to push it off to manufacturer and manufacturer will blame it on the Intel, who literally makes the chipset but wants nothing to do with actually getting to the root cause.
You're absolutely right and I've got no further with this, it's madness. MSI say to talk to intel and as far as they're aware, it needs the motherboard replacing out along with the CPU and GPU that's attached to it. The only way I've been able to get stability on the screen is totally uninstalling the iGPU via a driver uninstaller, BUT if an application requires both the iGPU and dedicated GPU to work together, it will not load and crash.
Same here. This gaming laptop will not allow any games to be loaded with the basic display adapter being installed. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering there is literally another high end gpu able to handle the task. There has to be an acceptable workaround. There's no point talking to the manufacturers, as they simply do not care. It is up to the community to figure it out.
