Hello and welcome everyone! We are just getting our feet off the ground, so please bear with me as I get things up and running! My name is Whitney Bacon and this is GEG Iowa. Please see the conversation titled "Introductions" for more information about me and to introduce yourself to the group as well! 

The purpose of this group is to provide educators in and around Iowa with support and connections that will allow them to grow professionally and personally through technology integration.

We will be hosting our inaugural virtual meeting on July 19th from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. I hope you will all be able to join us! Please visit our website for details on this meeting and future events. 

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could help us expand our reach by sharing our group with fellow educators who share our passion for incorporating technology innovation in schools across Iowa and its surrounding areas.
