On a 1-9 rubber duck scale, how has the past month gone for you with in-person, hybrid, or remote learning? Why did you choose that number?

From what I understand, you are referring to the levels of energy, enthusiasm and involvement with my teaching activities.
Well, I find myself still at Number1 as always even when it is remote teaching. Mainly because by now the ice is broken between my 300 students and me, assessment is showing positive results in terms of learning, the novelty of technology with prospects of more learning brings optimism.
I got certified by Google as level 1 educator and looking at higher goals.

I think I am a number 4 just because I feel like I am being pulled in a lot of directions as an instructional technology specialist. That duck looks the most like it is being pulled around. I want to do all that I can to support my faculty and staff, but some days it feels draining.

Choosing number 3, he looks like he is becoming inflated and has a smile.  I am becoming inflated with all of the new stuff...and keeping that smile.
