Syncing Google Classroom with RenWeb/Fact SIS Issue

Hello Group,

I am posting this for a friend. Up until recently she was syncing Google Classroom with RenWeb without incident. Now when she tries to sync the two, new Google Classrooms are being without students or assignments. (please see below)

I'm trying to sync a Google Classroom with Renweb/Facts SIS. In the past I went to the System Configuration page and chose Google Classroom. Under courses, I clicked on the class listed in Facts SIS and the system automatically mapped the Google Course ID. The teacher could then input the grades from Google Classroom to Facts SIS. I tried doing this a few times and each time Facts SIS creates a new Google Classroom which does not have any of the students or assignments. I also tried manually adding the correct Google Course ID but that also created a new Google Classroom with no students or assignments.

A great resource that I use any time that I can't find a solution to a Google Workspace issue is the Google for Education Admin Community Forum. You have to register to post a question but the group is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I hope that this helps.
