To the Pennsylvania Google Educator Group (GEG) Community,

It is with a heavy heart that I am writing to inform you of my decision to step down from my role as a GEG Leader in Pennsylvania.

After ten years of dedicated service, I have made the difficult choice to resign. My remote work currently provides me with the flexibility to seek a change of scenery, and I am actively exploring opportunities to relocate out of state. While I’m not sure where my next chapter will take me yet, I know it is time for this transition.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experiences and connections I have made during my decade as a leader. I especially want to thank Phil Vinogradov, the original leader who brought me on as co-leader and who helped me grow into this role. I also want to express my deepest appreciation for my long-time co-leaders, Arlin Roth and Jennifer Tamburlin, who helped me grow GEG Eastern Pennsylvania into GEG Pennsylvania, representing the entire commonwealth. Your dedication and collaborative spirit have made this journey truly rewarding.

As I move on, I leave the GEG in the hands of Arlin, Jennifer, and Judy, and I wish the community continued success. Although I am stepping away from leadership here, I intend to remain an active member of the Google for Education Champion community. I may no longer be in a classroom, but I am forever an educator.

Thank you for your understanding, your support, and for ten wonderful years.

Sincerely,

Cori
