diff: DVBSky S9xx DVB firmware files

Hi guys,

here a diff to add support for DVBS9xx servies cards from DVBSky.
Firmware files also attached to this email.

The drivers for this cards will be in the kernel end of April as
promised by the developer.

Would be nice if Tom can commit ;-)
