Android Based 3G tablets

I am planning to buy a Android based 3G capable tablet. Which is the best ones available in the market? Ideas and suggestions please....

and, India has got it's own tablet and it is very good.....just wanted to explore more before deciding.....

It looks like ok...but doesn't have yen host port for connecting external he'd drives and also doesn't have AV out option....
