Status?

Hi Gang,

Just checking in to find out the status of plans for Thursday's
event? Have tasks been assigned because I have not heard anything
about what needs to be done?

What still needs to be done on the organization of the event?
What games are we going to have and where are we getting them from?
What about supplies - nametags, markers, etc...?
How are we coordinating volunteers? Who is volunteering? Who is
assigned to do what leading up to and the night of the event?
Do we have a definitive count on how many people to expect?
How are we collecting donations?
What else needs to be done on promotion of the event and the cause?

I'm a little concerned about attendance with PANMA holding their
monthly event (on a really cool topic) the same night.

Thanks Gloria, I think we're good.

If anyone wants to bring games- the more the merrier.

There are a few other events going on that night - too late to do
anything about that now. We'll have a good time no matter what.

Sorry to seem a little dense, but I'm not sure what you mean by "we're good".  I have not seen any details on how the event is being handled so I don't know who is doing what or even if my help is needed at all.  Can you please provide us all with a few more details?  Thanks!
