I reworked the readme file a bit and just have a few questions...

- I think we should remove the PayPal button and update the message to
talk about contributing to the Geeklog and/or Forum project (time
wise)

- Upgrading from version x.x.x sections. I say we just include 1
upgrade section with notes about previous versions if needed since a
lot of the information is the same.

I'd say it won't hurt leaving more than one there.Also, not sure if some
of the entries from the last section, that deal with the config things
can be removed...
