2.8.0 release

Hi there,

Since we didn't get any bug reports for the beta 2, I think that we
could skip a release candidate. If no one has any objections, I will go
ahead and release 2.8.0 this coming Sunday.

@Tom: IIRC you wanted to make further improvements to the readme.html
file. Are you still up for it? I pushed some degradable JS pagination to
that file to improve it's usability, hopefully that won't give you any
trouble.

Any word on the RC or do you think we should just skip it and release
2,8,0?

I am back now but it looks like I am still going to be a few weeks
before I can get back into Geeklog stuff :-( as I have a whole bunch
of stuff to deal with and some clients I need to keep happy.

The plan was to release 2.8.0 last Sunday, needless to say that I got
real busy and didn't manage. I'll do it in the next few days.
