Moving a Forum from one Category to another.

I need to move a forum from one category to another and was surprised
to see this option is not available. It looks as simple as updating
the forum_cat column in the forums table. I would probably also Resync
the Category Forums just to be on the safe side.

I don't think anything else should be affected unless one of you can
think of something.

I will add a feature request for this as well.

Looks like everything is still working fine after the switch. I will
add the feature request now so it is easier to do for other users.
