If you happen to be in the habit of using Courier for your standard
manuscript formatted templates here's a version of it which I read
from several sources prints better. I know, who prints anything these
days, but I thought I'd share.

Final Draft has a free version of Courier which is supposed to print
well too and Mac friendly.
