GEDCOM Error?

Recently installed version 3.8.0 on my desktop running Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).

When I open the program the attached error is displayed.

What/where do I look to see what the problem is?

Yes. A bug has been identified, a rare one, that could cause a file to fail to load. The bug has been fixed. A release with this and other small additions is planned for February 14th.
