MacOS Tahoe

I have tested in MacOS Tahoe (26) and so far found only one cosmetic issue. The "Pedigree" pane in individual records does not display correctly. I found a work around (challenge was to fix it in Tahoe without breaking it in all previous MacOSs). My plan is to post an update next week.

This update has been in the works for a while, with the main change being a rewrite of the "Create Generations Book" extension to be much faster and have new features.

A new iPhone app that works well with GEDitCOM II might finally come out soon too.
