Theyset four basic rules in the software. Initially, it will divide the land into a grid of blocks, which are not necessary fixed only on a terrestrial area. The residents can decide to reside in any block, following the block regulations. One with a lower budget would live in the smaller houses, and one with more budgets would dwell in larger space. Indeed, the block will share their resources to other blocks, create trading and economic environment where money is not the only medium of exchange.

After that, blocks will be controlled by different sliders in the software; these sliders will suggest the optimum density of people, programmatic distribution, energy production, food production and so on. These parameters operate as a block analyser optimising the equilibrium of living, productivity and qualities of a block.

Lastly, the founders had laid out the accessible infrastructure system that will be generated based on the proximity of all the blocks. This will update in real-time as a new block has emerged. There will be three layers of different modes of transportation: the Hyperloop and train on the ground level, the automobile on the second layer and the aviation on the third layer. People can choose their modes of commute based on their desires for speed. The variation goes from a simple car, hot-air balloon to a Hyperloop. The nexus of circulation of the city will keep expanding as new blocks are constructed.

Out of all nations, China will be the pioneer of this new type of vertical city. Due to the density of its population in China, the Chinese government had no other alternatives but to explore this new city design methodology. After several strategic and infrastructure planning, the construction began in 2100, and it took 17 years to complete the first five primary blocks. Before the construction began, the people who met the block requirements and conditions were eligible to pre-register and will be moving in after the construction is finished.

Each person will live inside a spherical module, but if you live together with a family, it is possible to join the sphere modules together to create a cluster of spheres. On Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 14 standing in front of the first phase of the nearly completed Steeple View redevelopment project on South State Street, borough leaders and town historians ceremoniously buried the capsule in the sidewalk, not to be opened again for a century.

According to the mayor, long after those who gathered for the event are dead and buried, future Newtownians will be reading an essay written by Goodnoe Elementary School student Cymberly Tsai documenting life here in 2017 and making predictions for the future. Tsai attended the event with her parents and Goodnoe Elementary Principal Nicole Crawford.

On hand to witness the event were Newtown Borough Councilors Bob Walker, Chris Gusty, Kevin McDermott, Nicole Rodowicz and Tara Grunde-McLaughlin. Also there were Dave Callahan, William Mahler and Bronwyn Jones from the Newtown Historical Association.

Named after its view of the steeple at Olde Saint Andrew Church, the Steeple View project began as a vision in 2010. Five years later in 2015, plans were approved for the first phase of the project and ground was broken in December.

In addition to the two retail uses, the building will house luxury apartments on its upper two floors boasting panoramic views of South State Street and the steeple at nearby Olde Saint Andrews Church.

Public amenities will include the creation of a public piazza in the heart of town, a walkway along the Newtown Creek and a multi-level parking garage that will serve the new development and the nearby Historic State Street business district.

Jay gets a knock on his door, and suddenly the Two-controlled Bowler crashes into his house and steamrolls Jay. Meanwhile Fantasy George does the news and talks about Jay getting steamrolled, only for Bowler to come at him as well. 98 years later...

In the year 2117, a Numberblock that resembles a descendant of Jay wakes up in a heavily worn down home, where he encounters Four, who now has a more vibrant green colouring and indigo limbs. Four tells Jay's descendant about the story of Pi and how she ruined Numberland. Three, who is desaturated in colour, tells Four to stop, only for Four to shout back, comparing himself to Two. Nine, who's also desaturated, warns everyone of a pitch-black Numberblock that looks like Four who wants to kill everyone. The said Numberblock appears in the house and speaks in low-pitched, reversed dialogue and appears to be bigger than the regular Four since he is as big as Nine. Eight comes in to defeat the strange Four.

Jay's descendant takes a look at the severed head of Milli, only for Two to tell him to not look at it for long. Two also apologises to him for squashing and squishing Jay while controlling Bowler. Afterwards, Jay's descendant opens a door and sees a melted together Five, Six and Ten, so he quickly closes the door again. Nine warns Jay's descendant about the Abundant Numberblocks, in which three more appear resembling One, Two and a 3-blocked Numberblock resembling Seven. Soon afterward, the Numberblocks fight the Abundant Numberblocks, which cuts to a black screen, leaving their fates unknown. Another 887 years later...

In the year 3004, a seemingly normal Seven is seen laying on the floor. Soon afterward, many pitched and distorted versions of the phrase "I bet Jay will be proud" can be heard, until Seven switches to his actual appearance in the year 3004, having been modified into a white and grey-coloured robot version of himself with red cheeks and glowing red eyes. Seven then says that he never loses, which is why they call him lucky. Another 3,668 years later...

In the year 6672, Seven is seen, repainted into his original colours again except for his limbs, as well as his top block which is still white and his hair which is entirely violet. He is at a stadium where he is fighting against a female Nine who resembles a fusion between all three Powerpuff Girls. Seven punches her in both of the eyes, causing them to bleed heavily and for the Nine to scream in pain, rendering Seven as the winner. Yet another ridiculous amount of years (3,347 years) later...

In the year 10019, Seven is now a king, and he has regained his regular appearance with the exception of his right eye not having the yellow outline as well as his rainbow hair being reversed, his visible hands and his red legs. Another Numberblock who resembles Seven but female and with 3 blocks comes up to King Seven and asks him what made him this way, only for King Seven to state that it is a story so long that it would take a whole hour to tell. The screen glitches, and we return to the year 2019, where Jay gets a knock on the door again. He finds that all of the Numberblocks, including Two, have showed up to his house. They all seem to be pretty happy and forgiving to Jay.
