A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allededly infringed. 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)(A). Upon receipt of a complaint takedown notice, a service provider must respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity. If a service provider fails to do so, it may lose its safe harbor protection and be subject to an infringement suit.

Israel was only expecting one line, so this piece of information saved many hundreds of Israeli lives.

He was interrogated at length, and it is likely that he was tortured during this interrogation. He was tried and found guilty of espionage and sentenced to death. The Israeli government could not garner sufficient international support to force Syria to commute the death sentence, and he was hanged in a public execution on the 18th May 1965 in Marjeh Square, Damascus. ABC has various deals with other streaming services, which means that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is not yet on Disney+ in some countries, while in others (like the U.K.) only some seasons are currently streaming. Per WhatsOnDisneyPlus, over 500 shows and movies owned by Disney are missing from the new service. Though many of these are simply languishing in the so-called 'Disney vault,' a number of them are currently streaming elsewhere and will move to Disney+ in the future.
