Business Development Associate

Job Description: Field sales in own region and working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Ed-Tech’s way of Learning in your city. As a BDA will be required to assist students and parents in their region that have downloaded the Ed-Tech’s application using a consultative selling approach.

Experience: 1+ years of Field Sales for Banking, Finance, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Digital Apps, Ed-Tech, Telecom sectors..

Qualification: Graduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBA (2020 or earlier passing out) , 10th Grade criteria is greater than 50% (>50)

Age: Between 21 to 27 Year

Preferred Skill Sets:

Good Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
Sales Drive and resilience.
Experience in consultative selling.
Should be target driven and achievement oriented.
Has the maturity and gravitas to counsel a parent for their child’s future.

Salary: 10 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Direct Sales Allowance + 3 LPA Incentives/Variable)

Location: PAN India

Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday. (2 days week-off)
