Dear Friends from GEC-NIT PUNE CHAPTER,
In continuation of my earlier communication to you on 31st 12/2012,where in we had informed to you about our forthcoming Alumni Meet on 27th Jan 2013,I am pleased to invite you for the above program as per attached program.
Please note that it is a full day gathering with family for networking with friends from college along with some entertaining games for children and ladies.
Please make it sure to come on time so that we do finish introduction part quickly and move on to better networking and entertainment.
Those who are willing to volunteer for games etc may kindly send me their details by mail.
Please note that we are HOLDING A JOINT PROGRAM also and there is a good possibility that you may find some of your friends from Pune & MUMBAI as well.
I would also request you to kindly communicate to all your known friends of GEC-NIT about this program so that if some is missed from the e-mail list,also gets information.
An advance conformation about your / family participation with no of members participating would be highly appreciated as this is required for conforming head counts to catering services..
