Transition to new servers complete...

Dear all,

Many of you will have noticed that Gecode has been moving to more standard locations over the last six months. This transition is now complete.

• The address www.gecode.org ist still valid but traffic is automatically redirected to https://gecode.github.io.
•  All email addresses <name>@gecode.org are still valid including us...@gecode.org reaching this group.
• The svn repository has been migrated to at git repository hosted on https://github.com/Gecode/gecode where all GitHub services are supported (issue tracking, pull request, automatic builds via Travis, …).
• As said, bug reports and feature requests are now handled via GitHub's issue system: https://github.com/Gecode/gecode/issues
  
• The now defunct Gmane archive of the old users mailing list has been replaced by an archive hosted one Gecode's webpages at https://gecode.github.io/users-archive/.  It is not pretty but still useful.
• Downloads are available as before but also from GitHub: https://github.com/Gecode/gecode/releases
  
• All broken links should be fixed. If not, please let us know.
• All content has been updated and the site got a facelift as well (a moderate one, maybe just a wash then...).
