Modeling and Programming with Gecode web pages

Hi all,

We are working to modernize the documentation a bit, and as a result MPG is now available as a set of searchable, linkable web-pages: https://www.gecode.dev/doc/latest/modeling/index.html Hopefully this will give a bit more visibility to the contents, and I personally will be happy to be able to link to parts, not just the PDF and mention a page or a section.

If you find bugs or issues, please let us know.

Technically, what we've done is to move the MPG sources from LaTeX to rst, and we use Sphinx to process it. We also use this to generate a PDF that is very similar to the original PDF, but there are slight differences.
