I recently got Leap Motion and I installed Geco MIDI on my laptop running windows 10. When I launch the Geco app it says connection failed. I'm connected to the internet but the app says I'm not. Hi,

GECO relies on the features of Leap Motion App Home. It requires access to the internet and Leap Motion's services to be able to activate the application on your computer. If this doesn't work, please reach out to Leap Motion itself, we have no way to intervene since this is all handled without Leap Motion's own infrastructure.

Hi Maurizio,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems. Please reach out to Leap Motion since we have no influence over the behavior of the application launch, this is all part of the Leap App Store. Very rarely there's a temporary glitch in there system. You can try again after a little while and the issue should be resolved. If not, Leap Motion customer support will be able to help you.
