GECO relies on the features of Leap Motion App Home. It requires access to the internet and Leap Motion's services to be able to activate the application on your computer. If this doesn't work, please reach out to Leap Motion itself, we have no way to intervene since this is all handled without Leap Motion's own infrastructure.
