Hi is there any setting to leave the last read value when the had is taken out of the leap motion?

when i remove my hand, all the mapped values in the client OSC receive a 0, so all faders go down. I need to avoid that last 0, leaving the last read value.

Thank you very much for your help!

Lean.

Hi,

Just select the rest value as being LAST.

Hope this helps.

Geert, thanks for your response. So there's no way to avoid that the value of the gesture returns to a fixed value (like the rest value, or 0). What i need is when the hand goes out of the leap motion area, the last value stay, because if it goes to 0 or a rest value, it suddenly drops and the behavior of the mapped visual is not fluid.

Anyway thank you a lot!

When you set the rest value to LAST it will use the  last value it saw when your hand it out of the field of view. This is what you want, no?
